Pro Tech GC has a long history of successful facade renovation and tenant build out projects.  The picture depicts a portion of a project where a single 350,000+ square foot building was transformed into two functional office warehouse buildings with a shared truck court and upgraded front building elevations for the offices portion of the buildings.  When all was complete the two separate buildings had been expanded past the original footprint so that the resulting usable space was equal to the original building.
